I have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate my firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. I realize information regarding sexuality is particularly sensitive and would like to do everything in my power to make you feel comfortable submitting your questions.
By submitting information to or contacting Speak Sexy you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.
Sharing and Usage
I will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to me is only available to me for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information. Any solicitations for advice, submitted via the “What’s Your Question” form, by private email, or by any other means of communication will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with or sold to third parties for any purposes, including marketing.
Speak Sexy does retain the right to republish non-identifiable information such as question subject matter and content, including direct quotes. Identifiable information that will never be shared includes your name, physical address (though the general citing of city, state, and country is excluded), email address(es), and any other information that might make it possible to deduce your exact identity.
Why did you receive an email from me?
If you received a mailing from me, (a) your email address is either listed with me as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (”opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with me. I respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of my mailings.
How I protect your privacy
I use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by my system.
