- An MP3 player - your computer’s MP3 player will do just fine (iTunes, etc.), but if you want your masturbation-audio-companion to be portable then I suggest using your iPod or other MP3 player.
- Audacity software and export plugin to record and edit your MP3 (it’s free to download and use).
- Your lover’s cooperation!
How to do it:
- Download and install the Audacity software and plugin to your computer. Follow the easy instructions on their website.
